General League
Basketball Competition (Preparatory Stage)
- The team consists of 12 players ( 5 regular + 7 reserves)
- The time of the match is 40 minutes divided into two half-times and a 10 minute break between them.
- At the beginning of the match, the names of the 12 players shall be registered
and the match begins with 5 players or the team will be deemed withdrawn.
Basketball Competition (Secondary Stage)
- The team consists of 8 players (3 regular – 5 reserves)
- The time of the match will be 20 minutes divided into two half-times and a break for two minutes in between.
- At the beginning of the match, the names of the 8 players shall be registered and the match shall begin with 3 players or the team will be deemed withdrawn.
Volleyball Competition ( Preparatory and Secondary Stages)
- The team consists of 12 players (6 regular + 6 reserves)
- The match consists of three half-times and the team that wins two half-times first is the winner.
- At the beginning of the match, the names of the 12 players shall be registered and the match shall begin with 6 players or the team will be deemed withdrawn.
Handball Competition (Primary and Preparatory Stages)
- The team consists of 12 players (7 regular + 5 reserves)
- The time of the match is 20 minutes divided into two half-times and a one minute break in between for the primary stage.
- The time of the match is 40 minutes divided into two half-times and a 10 minute break in between for the preparatory stage.
- At the beginning of the match, the names of the 12 players shall be registered and the match shall begin with at least 5 players or the team will be deemed withdrawn
Athletics Competition
Field and Track Competition
- Every school has the right to register 3 players in one competition.
- Every student has the right to participate in two competitions and a relay.
- Participation in the primary stage competition is limited to students in grades 5 and 6 only.
- Participation in Model schools competition is limited to students in grade 4.
- Competitions of various stages (boys and girls)

- All final track competitions are timed
- In field competitions, every contender is allowed three trials only.
- The physical education teacher receives the chest and back numbers from the store
keeper in the Directorate, and he/she shall
stick these numbers on the participants sweaters well before coming to the competition.
Cross Country
- Every school has the right to register 15 players, 10 of these players at the
most will participate in the competition.
- The school’s result will be counted in order for the best 5 players who reach
the end line first (except those who violate the competition regulations)
- The physical education teacher receives the chest and back numbers from the
store keeper in the Directorate, and he/she shall stick these numbers on the participants
sweaters well before coming to the competition.
- The start and end location of the race shall be determined later in a special
bulletin issued by the organizing committee.
