SOP swimming semifinal scheduled on Tuesday

 DOHA, March 09, 2010 - Around 123 students from primary and model schools will compete in swimming’s semifinal of the third edition of Schools Olympic Program under the logo “ sport and culture” at Hamad Aquatics complex on Tuesday.As specified by SOP organisers, swimmers will vie in many categories, including breaststroke 25 m, backstroke 25 m, 50 m free and butterfly 25 m.
In SOP football event for secondary stage, Mohammed bin Abdulwahab school thrashed Al Rayyan 3-0 to sit on third place overall.
Abubaker Al Sadeeq will lock horns against Iranian school in football final for secondary stage on April 2.
In girl volleyball event – preparatory stage - four teams will clash in semifinal round on Tuesday.
